FAQ
Is Clarity a chatbot or virtual agent?
No. Clarity is a routing decision engine for intake triage. It predicts the right queue/team/category for each incoming item.
Do we need to change our ticketing system?
Not for a pilot. Clarity can run in shadow mode and produce recommendations while your existing process remains unchanged.
What data do you need to start?
Historical tickets/cases with a final queue/team/category label. Optional metadata can improve accuracy.
Can Clarity be self-hosted?
Yes. Self-hosting is recommended for regulated environments.
Do we have to use hosted providers?
No. You can use hosted providers with failover, or route requests to a private endpoint.
What does success look like?
Typically a measurable increase in routing accuracy and a reduction in misroutes/reassignments, validated in shadow mode.
How long does a pilot take?
30-45 days is typical depending on data readiness and intake volume.
